Job description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and committed Reservations Supervisor to join our team. This position will require you to maximise room bookings by delivering a pleasant and efficient service.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this property has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, Cheneston’s Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and unique Stables Bar. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive guest service.

Key responsibilities of the Reservations Supervisor will:
• To receive and ensure that all reservations, group and conference enquiries are accurately processed within 24 hours
• Assisting the Reservations Manager with the aim of ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Complete a daily pick up report
• Manage availability and restrict room types / rate types where necessary
• Be aware of mystery shopper standards and ensure training in the department are as per standards
