In this program you will be trained in the different sub-areas of the Rooms Division and Front Desk to learn all aspects of the department's operations.
Your main role is to assist/ shadow the Immediate Supervisor in responding to all issues and problems associated with the department to make sure the hotel runs smoothly each day.
You will oversee Housekeeping/Guest Services and Rooms Division- Back Office with the Immediate Supervisor's supervision during the program.
You will be responsible for the daily operations and oversight at the Front Desk according to the hotel standards of excellence, including check-ins and check-outs of all hotel guests, accommodating special guest requests, auditing guest information, and billing to ensure accuracy.
You will learn how to prepare packages, assign guest rooms to reservations, and monitor room status.
For the last phase of your program you will gain exposure to back office and advanced reservation operations such as enhancing skills in managing group blocks, preparing/ processing rooming lists, and guest confirmations, reviewing special events and/or procedures that will impact the shift.

Housing is provided by the employer at $725 per month
-Bachelor in Hospitality or previous Hospitality experience
-Have a customer service personality being able to listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of guests and other employees.
-Speak with others using clear and professional language
-Be able to prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
-Be a great team player and support team to reach common goals
