The Disney Enterprise Technology organization provides scalable, reliable enterprise-wide networks and computing platforms to all of the Disney businesses through integrated service aggregation from multiple internal and external providers. This role is part of the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) organization. Our mission is delivering business technology solutions for the enterprise that empower growth and enhance value across brands, geographies and organizations. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
  • Assist Business Operations Manager in facilitating budgeting, allocations, forecasts, and required submissions for EBS.
  • Assist with the schedules associated with the Five Year Plan (5YP) & Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles with EBS leadership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Controllership, including coordination and facilitation of forecasting and submissions, preparation of senior management presentations and financial reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with EBS budget owners and liaise with FP&A to ensure all financial timelines are met.
  • Reconcile fiscal year-to-date actuals vs. budget on capital and operational expenses.
  • Accountable for inter-departmental allocation methodology and reviews for EBS to other segments, as well as inbound charges from DTSS.
  • Responsible for analyzing Managed Services budget and coordinating with budget owners on planning and forecasting activities.
  • Interface with the Supplier Finance Organization for Managed Services finance processes, i.e. invoicing.
  • Provide analysis support for managed services pricing and strategy valuation. Vendor spend analytics for the different types of work and multiple suppliers.

EBS Project/Portfolio Management
  • Partner with the EBS team in the tracking of Project Authorization Requests (PARs) and Financial Pro Formas.
Document and/or assist with project benefits realization and post‐mortem reviews. Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years IT/IS financial management experience in an entertainment/media/consumer products company
  • The candidate must have proven experience in working in a matrix environment and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled in distilling insights from data and synthesizing and crafting compelling presentations for executive audiences, both financial and non-financial
  • Proactive and creative in approaching problems and presenting financial data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including macros, modeling and specialized functions
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
  • Capital and Operating Expense budgeting and forecasting experience highly desired
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, solve problems, and implement solutions
  • Embraces teamwork; shares ideas / methods to improve performance
  • Skilled in distilling insights from data and synthesizing and crafting compelling presentations for executive audiences, both financial and non-financial
  • Able to maintain both a rigorous attention to detail and a big-picture, strategic mindset
  • Proactive and creative in approaching problems and presenting financial data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including macros, modeling and specialized functions
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
  • Work effectively in a team environment, and with remote teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years using SAP
  • 2+ years using Adaptive Planning
  • 2+ years experience using CA Clarity or other project portfolio management tools
  • Passionate about maximizing cost performance
  • Drives best practices and application of cost diagnostics
  • Engages in collaborative accumulation and prioritization
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong commitment to program success metrics
  • Focus on continuous improvement introducing automation to financial processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
Required Education
  • 5-8 years in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years in an information technology role
Preferred Education
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar field or equivalent work experience with an emphasis on computer technology or business analysis and/or equivalent experience
