Job description

This position is responsible for managing day to day retail-specific business projects and process needs for DCPI Integrated Retail accounts. You will partner and communicate with IR Sales & Marketing leadership teams to determine the specific business need(s) and timelines per project. You will communicate, articulate and manage the deliverables of each project including: the objective(s), expectations, process and presentation/end-product deliverables to the appropriate internal partners and key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class development & execution of each project.
Manage each step of the project work flow, from job start activation, execution and approval to delivery and implementation, by ensuring business needs are being met including financial growth targets and brand elevated retail experiences. Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and key stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Collaborate closely with IR leadership to identify & align on project needs
  • Prioritize projects based on business objectives, resources & deliverables
  • Manage timelines and milestones
  • Communicate clearly and in an effective manner with internal partners
  • Partner with key account stakeholders and establish working relationships
  • Review job starts for accuracy and obtain necessary details
  • Deadline driven, meticulously organized
  • Strong attention to detail and focus
  • Able to handle multiple projects with ease and tact
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment, anticipating needs & changing dynamics, and managing accordingly
  • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring the respective partners know and understand the project vision, manage expectations
  • Solution-oriented; when necessary, escalates issues in a timely fashion
  • Builds, develops, and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders vital to the success of the project
  • Responsible for upholding standards and best practices methods
  • Manages vendors / vendor resources to meet agreed upon deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years project management experience in retail, consumer products, or studio/entertainment company
  • Proficient in Excel, Keynote & Powerpoint
  • Experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with remote teams
Required Education
  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience.
