This department within HR Technology is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation and execution of an Integrated Talent Management (ITM) System projects and other related systems pilots, such as learning management, performance management, and succession planning.
Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation, including tracking system configuration decisions
  • Develop ready-to-transition Knowledge Transfer (KT) materials, including managing document transition at point of moving from project to sustainment mode. Documents would support both the sustainment team and our clients
  • Develop a consistent format for the KT materials
  • Support quarterly release cycle for our ITM system, including analysis and impact, testing recommendations to our clients, configuration, testing, and deploying functional release items
  • Conduct ITM research in support of our quarterly release cycle, in addition to research for other SaaS solutions that are part of our talent and learning projects
  • Review release materials and make configuration recommendations. Develop presentation materials to share recommendations with our clients.
  • Conduct additional research as appropriate of the external talent and learning landscape
  • Support regular agile development cycles for our performance management system
  • Develop a data driven point of view on enhancements, including system efficiencies and standardization Support user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles for performance management and succession modules
  • Support issue resolution process, includes monitoring ticket queue, researching/analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner
  • Conduct system research and troubleshooting on source data
  • Conduct research and troubleshooting to validate system issues and bug resolutions
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis
  • Provide additional system and analytical support, as needed
  • May need to work weekends and outside regular business hours as business need requires
Basic QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced, integrated team environment with frequently changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow tasks through to completion and keep team informed on progress
Strong experience working on teams or other collaborative groups
At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination experience of mid to large scale projects
At least 5 years’ experience supporting a system, including researching release notes, system configuration and release management
At least 5 years’ experience exporting data out of a system and manipulate data through MS Excel, MS Access, and the use of pivot tables
Experience with SAP Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of HR processes or systems
