Travel & Expense Management oversees the commercial card program and expense reimbursement for more than 40K employees of The Walt Disney Company. The organization supports all segments of the enterprise such as Consumer Products, Corporate, Disney Interactive, Media, ESPN, Parks & Resorts, and Studios from a domestic and international perspective. Key responsibilities include: administering the T&E and Procurement Card policies globally; reimbursing employees business travel related expenses within Concur; auditing expense reports to ensure compliance to policy; reducing financial risk through personal use and fraud detection; governing business process improvements within Concur; and negotiating commercial card contracts and managing the bank issuer relationships. The goals of Travel & Expense Management are to reduce fraud and financial risk, improve compliance and create value, improve overall T&E user experience, leverage expertise and optimize operations, and promote cast development and professional growth. ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for delivering efficiencies, creating value, and delivering customer service for T&E end-users worldwide (approx. 40K); leading a team within the US and abroad to deliver commercial card and Concur related customer service; managing Concur User Support and Audit services to meet service level agreements and accurate work completion; preparing complex analyses and business cases, implementing approved initiatives; ensuring integrity of systems and data that impact day-to-day operations; acting as the primary bank point of contact for escalations; and additional leadership support as directed by the Manager.

Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Direct supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio, etc)
- Prepare effective PowerPoint decks/business cases; excellent presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and complex analytical skills
- Strong ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of the organization
