Initiates and maintain positive relationships with local, national, and international media in order to generate newsworthy publicity.
Assist marketing manager and marketing director to execute the promotion for hotel products including hotel events, sales products and F&B promotions. The execution includes but not limited to collaterals, media exposures, social media campaigns and online campaigns.
Ensures that the Artist’s work projects are progressive and performed to the best of his ability, consistent with the image and standards of the Hotel and Brand. Conducts periodic needs assessment for Marketing Communications equipment and makes necessary recommendations to DOMC. Supervise the photographers and make sure all the photos are in high quality and meet brand standard.
Guide coordinator to collect all media and advertisement clippings for regular submission to DOMC, GM, Bund Center (Chairman). To maintain accurate count of the Media Impressions. Updates all media contacts on file for the department.
Assists DOMC, Asst. Marketing Communications Manager to supervise, direct and edit the development (copy, design, layout) of all collateral products in-house graphic design (promotional flyer, brochures, menus, guest information pieces, signs, forms, invitation, etc.).
Performs exceptional Communications skills throughout all functions of the job i.e. guests, department managers, and fellow employees. Make sure the online reviews by guests are well managed. Make sure marketing activities and news are delivered to all associates via internal channels like My journey.
