  • Establishes and enforces maintenance, repair, cleaning and re-stocking schedules.

  • Minimizes waste, pilferage, neglect, breakage, misuses and mishandling.
    備品・消耗品の無駄使い、盗難、放置、破損、誤用、乱用をなくす。
  • Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
    アソシエイト全員の身だしなみとユニフォームが常に整えられているようにする。
  • Monitors volume of business & reservation.
    実際の集客状況を常に監視する。
  • Ensures staff is effective and well trained.
    スタッフが効率的に機能するように十分訓練する。
  • Create data base of customer preferences and special requests to increase customer satisfaction and repeating guests.
    顧客の嗜好や特別なリクエストをデータ化し、顧客満足度向上及び定着率アップにつなげる。
  • Maintains positive labor relations.

  • Handle complaints from guests in a pleasant and efficient manner to ensure guests satisfaction.
    顧客の苦情を感じ良く、かつ効率的に処理し、顧客の満足を確かなものとする。

  • For anything special that you noted like if guests require special meals ensure it is recorded in guest history in the reservations system.
    お食事制限など特別な配慮が必要なゲストはその情報を予約システムのゲストヒストリーに記録する。

  • Be familiar with all food outlet menus and specials, including seasonal changes and special promotions
  • 季節限定や特別企画のメニューについての理解を深める。
     
  • Provide a professional and immediate response to guests concerning all menu items and their preparation.
  • ゲストからメニューに載っているものについて、材料や調理法を尋ねられた時答えられるように理解しておく。
