Leads, oversees and manages a pro-active sales force as an integral part of the Business Development team to achieve the hotel’s revenue goals. Provides support to team and solutions to ensure a sustainable and efficient selling process.  Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotel image.

  • Lead the account acquisition target for banquet and room business
  • Support and collaboration to sales team for achieve the team budget
  • Proactively recommend the optimum method for success of client’s event and chase any opportunity for up sell
  • Take initiative and organize for success of the day
  • Make the necessary report and unutilized
  • Coordinate and communicate with each related department for smooth operation
  • Build a better relationship and work closely with banquet manager, event manager and PIC of our clients (Achieve target of MPSI score)
  • Improve the call skill for new development (Achieve target of mystery call score)
  • Achieve KPI target (SPG Pro, TeamHot, MPSI etc) KPIターゲットの達成(SPG Pro, TeamHot, MPSI etc)
