About the job
The position of Front Office - Concierge means having close contact with final clients (inhabitants, tenants and guests of the building) and with suppliers (services and goods requested by the clients), managing multiple tasks simultaneously and being able to take fast decisions.
Applicants must have at least 1 year experience within Front Office and/or Concierge in luxury hotels and/or previous studies in Hospitality and Tourism, posses excellent English and Italian, be fluent users of PowerPoint and Excel and be customer satisfaction oriented.
