**The role offers the opportunity for mobile working, with office presence as required. As a location we can consider any TUI (office) location in Europe.**

**Knowledge of SAP HCM is required for this position, as well as a willingness to learn SuccessFactors.**

**English and German language skills are mandatory for this role.**

This role will drive the digital transformation in HR within TUI Group. A few years ago, SAP SuccessFactors was introduced as the new HRIT platform. We are looking for creative, open-minded, innovative and inquisitive people to help shape the roll-out of the modules in other countries. Our current major project is the introduction of Employee Central in Germany.


ABOUT THE JOB
  • Helping to shape and drive forward the digital transformation in HR and the modernisation of HR processes in the TUI Group.
  • Technical contact for various HR systems, including SAP HCM, SF modules, PeopleDoc (electronic personnel file system).
  • Active monitoring and support of the further expansion of other HR systems such as SuccessFactors within the TUI Group 
  • Development of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module as well as conceptual preparation and implementation of consulting projects in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Contact person as well as application and process consulting for our internal customers, departments and users
  • Participation in (inter)national HR projects and assumption of (partial) project management responsibilities.


ABOUT YOU
  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable knowledge and qualifications acquired in practice
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP HCM desirable 
  • Knowledge of the SuccessFactors (especially the Employee Central module) and PeopleDoc systems desirable
  • Enjoyment of new challenges and willingness to take on responsibility and contribute own ideas and innovative solutions
  • HR process knowledge and experience in HR IT implementation projects is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured approach to work and high problem-solving ability
  • Experience in working in international projects and teams as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
