Vie Montagne is a fine-dining restaurant, private members club and micro brewery in Verbier, Switzerland.
  • 4200 CHF per month plus performance related incentive

About you

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant with a Michelin Star
• Passion and creative chef with strong pastry skills
• Team player
• Able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Language required: English. French is a plus

The flagship 67 Pall Mall London opened in 2015 and is set in the heart of Historic St James’s. 67 Pall Mall is a unique private Member's wine club founded by wine lovers for wine lovers.

The menu shares the unique flavors of locally sourced produce where our Chef focuses on quality ingredients, sourcing from the local area as much as possible.

The wine list showcases more than 3000 bottles with the best of Valais winemaking, alongside a large selection of traditional new and old-world wine regions. Our wine list offers a unique choice of more than 500 wines by the glass!

The ground-floor restaurant has a modern rustic style, serving contemporary craft beer and velvety coffee.

Our beers are brewed on-site in our artisanal microbrewery using fresh mountain water. Styles include a Pilsner, IPA brewed with Cascade and Chinook hops, and a range of American Pale Ale's.
