Your days will be a dynamic dance, from collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu concepts to executing dishes that showcase your culinary artistry and global influences. You’ll mentor and guide junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment. Problem-solving comes naturally to you! You’ll anticipate guests’ needs, manage kitchen operations seamlessly, and ensure exceptional food quality reaches every plate.

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef with a proven track record of supporting an Executive Chef and leading a team. Your extensive culinary repertoire will span global cuisines and innovative techniques.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to connect with your team, suppliers, and guests. A strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety is essential.
