Job Description
As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a housekeeping department, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment operation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
