About the job
Monitors all contractual agreements pertaining to group room blocks and any special concessions involving rooms
Coordinates and executes group reservation assignments for the Groups & Conventions team
Handles all reservations aspects of a group. Room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations, client communication relating to rooms reservations
Cross checking in order to verify that the information about the group is correct
Create and send Visa letters and Confirmation letters
E-mail correspondence with Coventions team as well as Meeting Planners
Team player and flexible to assist with other tasks within the Conventions Department as needed per operations
Attend daily Morning Meeting
Attend weekly Convention Services Meeting
