Responsible for hotel food hygiene, safety and environmental sanitation planning, implementation and monitoring in order to meet the high standards of HACCP, local governmental authority and brand. Provide in-house training, arrange external certification and drive continuous food safety alert.
Assist Director of Culinary in identifying the hygiene quality and procedure issues to develop the corrective and preventive action plan.
Experience - minimum 6 years solid experience in the hotel or related field
Education - bachelor degree in Food Science or relevant discipline, certification in HACCP and Hygiene Management
Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Delphi & Opera
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
