Job Summary

The Boca Raton Resort & Club is seeking a Business Center Clerk. This position will be responsible for providing Business Center services to Resort staff.  Complete Business Center daily work including:  Prepare & process the daily check deposit & deposit log, copies and document production, scanning preparation and scanning of all receipts from outlets daily, basic fax and copier maintenance, additional document scanning (as needed), mail and parcel processing including FedEx, UPS & USPS (as needed).  


What will I be doing?

  • Prepare documents, ALL receipts from ALL outlets, properly for scanners maximizing scanning efficiency.
  • Scan Allowances, Daily deposits and additional documents in a timely manner.

  • Maintain general scanning area in terms of organization, safety, appearance and cleanliness.

  • Complete special projects or other related duties as assigned by supervisors/managers in a timely manner in coordination with other team members.  Also, assist other Business Center/Scanning staff as needed.
