Job Summary

The Boca Raton Resort & Club is seeking a Retail Cost Control Clerk!


What will I be doing?


- Assist the Cost Control Manager in the accurate processing of cost and inventory data for cost analysis.

- Effectively receive and distribute goods/merchandise as confirmed by the issuance of an approved Resort retail purchase order.

- Match Invoices and Receiving records and code for AP to enter for payment.

- Coordinate receiving tickets, purchase orders and invoices for proper coding.

- Process receiving or returning of goods/merchandise through retail inventory system.

- Produce printed SKU or barcode tags and attache the appropriate SKU tag to all merchandise in preparation for distribution to the appropriate retail outlet.

- Deliver merchandise to retail outlets

- Prepare Month End Reports.

- Reconcile Vendor Statements.
