As a member of the Franchise and Partnerships team, you will develop TWDC’s franchise marketing strategies for the nominated franchise. In partnership with the Franchise Creative Manager set the local creative direction for that franchise, and work with the Franchise Partnerships Manager to develop a partnership plan.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Franchise Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Portfolio Management:
  • Develop & execute franchise plans & strategies to achieve franchise budgets and objectives per fiscal year
  • Brand guardianship – uphold brand guidelines, integrity and restrictions to proactively and effectively communicate this guidance to all business areas
  • Franchise Marketing & Tools Management
  • Ensure necessary marketing assets, communication processes and materials are in place to drive the nominated brands
  • In partnership with the Franchise Creative Manager set the local creative direction for each franchise.
  • Create and pro-actively share sales tools for each franchise including marketing presentations, sizzles, fact sheets, sales highlights, Pitch Kits, etc.
  • Manage franchise presentations & statements at key road / trade shows and summits
  • Working with the Franchise Marketing Assistant, ensure up to the minute ‘franchise toolkit’ exists and is communicated regularly
  • Where applicable and working with partners to deliver on-the-ground franchise activity to deepen consumer/partner engagement
Studio
  • Integrate with Studio Marketing team to meet and exceed Studio and franchise objectives
DCP
  • Work with the Category and Retail marketing teams to provide support for retail and category led initiatives.
  • Work in partnership with retail marketing to translate overarching franchise plans into actionable plans to drive retail support
Digital
  • In-line with the overall franchise objectives, set the digital objectives for the nominated brand ensuring execution and accountability is achieved (e.g. CRM, eCommerce)
  • Work with the Digital and Social media teams to develop and execute a content pipeline & calendar that mirrors and amplifies key brand activity
  • Effectively manage distribution of any assets from global franchise team for use in local digital activity
Owned Media
  • Work collaboratively with Channels, Social and DI to drive an integrated marketing approach for the nominated brand on our owned media
Partnership Relationship Management
  • Alongside the Franchise Partnership Manager develop and cultivate internal and right-fit external partnerships that provide long-term benefit and enhance the Pixar Franchises
  • Create and deliver presentations to secure and maintain these partnerships
Basic QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
  • Candidate must have a minimum of five years brand/product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing communications and advertising across all disciplines
  • Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership abilities
  • Demon Strong analytical skills required
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Keynote skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
