Job description

As a Senior Integration Consultant, you will be an internal consultant within the Management Science Integration (MSI) team for The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) . This role is a key integrator between the clients and our technical delivery partners. In this role you will play a part in delivering high value opportunities which include developing scope, defining requirements, integrating and facilitating the delivery with partners, communicating with our clients and developing into a program manager. The combination of analytical and communication skills is required.

Your Role:

  • Leadership – Influence a team of analytical professionals through analysis, modeling, and project management for key Disney client deliverables
  • Be a Consultant - Set priorities, shape the deliverables and communicate science into results that can be understood and acted upon to all levels of the organization, including executives
  • Collaborate with key partners - Act as liaison for the Management Science Integration team between clients and technical teams such as Decision Science, Technology and external vendors/consultants
  • Drive Results – Identify and deliver high-value opportunity projects, all while achieving/exceeding deadlines


You Bring:

  • Four plus years of experience in advanced analytics or consulting role
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision makers
  • Experience translating complex problems and solutions to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to organize work and thrive in an operational and ad-hoc analysis role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to rapidly changing business environment
  • Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and advocate for new analytic approaches to improve business outcomes


How You Stand Out:

  • Experience in pricing and revenue management
  • Experience with analytics software (e.g. SAS, R, Python)
  • Previous experience with web applications or programming languages (e.g., CSS, Javascript, HTML)
  • Experience with statistics, industrial engineering, marketing and sales, pricing, or revenue management analytics

Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field or equivalent
Preferred Education
  • MBA, Master’s or PhD with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field or equivalent
