Provide Administrative support to Textile Services Training & Resource Centers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assisting frontline Cast Members with Hub, Transfer Genie, distribute check, Email and facilitate communication within the organization. Coordinate with partners from other lines of business to bring resource tables to Textile Services at a Global level, responsible for the distribution of Services Awards. Assist Cast Members with Retirement questions
Responsibilities
  • Assist Walt Disney World CMs to answer question or help them find resources to resolve concerns
  • Responsible to receive and distributing Service Award for the organization.
  • Assist CMs with the retirement process through the Disney Add-It resource
  • Assist CMs find resource on the HUB and provide guidance.
  • Coordinate with varies partners to bring event tables or resources to Textile Services.
  • Update and maintain Our SharePoint site with new information
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office operating systems including SharePoint.
  • Proven experience in navigating through the HUB
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with cast members, clients fostering a team environment
  • Ability to use resources to communicate with vase diverse group of CMs of different languages
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in second language besides English (Haitian Creole or Spanish).
Required Education
  • High school degree or equivalent enter text.
