Job Specification:

Maintenance of business relationship with existing accounts and maximizing on room and catering business from these accounts. Monthly monitoring of account production and conduction of mid-year & end-year reviews with clients. Prospecting and soliciting new accounts for the hotel and transforming them into producing accounts (through internet, newspapers, reader’s boards etc.). Account booking behavior, depth of sales chart & special corporate pricing tool must be followed pricing of any account (existing or new)

Active monitoring of competition reader’s board results and constant prospecting of competitors’ accounts

Strong cooperation and relationship with global account managers and implementing coordinated sales efforts on global accounts. Partners with Event Booking Centers,  Event Management, and/or Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customer’s expectations. Identifies new group/catering business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals. Conducts site inspections, sales calls, entertainment, and other sales activities with focus on outside meeting to find new potential clients   

 

Requirements:

 Strong professionalism, diplomacy, selling experience and work habits, strong organization skills, high degree on communication skills in dealing with external/internal customer, knowledge of group booking process and rate strategies, understand market dynamics and prepare presentations/proposal, fluent English
