About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join Sales Department in Wild Wadi Waterpark. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • To effectively manage existing accounts for the waterpark. This involves potential needs analysis, determining strategies and revenue targets, relationship building, brick walling activities, monitoring performance and rate negotiation
  • To achieve 30 sales calls  per months with existing and prospect  accounts
  • To coordinate and attend specific industry events & trade shows, representing the waterpark & keep a high profile in the marketplace
  • To co-ordinate sales blitzes in Dubai and other Emirates on a regular basis to secure business and awareness of the Wild Wadi Waterpark
  • To initiate and escort targeted client familiarization trips and organize regular entertainment functions with new and existing clients
  • To develop new business, wherever possible, from the target market segments and sources of business
  • To provide feedback and explain variances to the SSM on all sales-related activities, including competitors and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances
  • To update the Salesforce on a regular basis in order to maintain accurate information as well as to monitor the clients’ production and achieve a  monthly target of 50 activites
  • To submit a monthly sales report to the SSM
  • To complete all correspondence to clients in a professional and timely fashion ensuring that administration falls within corporate identity guidelines


About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Valid UAE driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales department or similar
  • Desirable to have experience in a 5 star hotel or any service industry
  • Fluent in speaking English language
  • Desirable to speak Arabic language
  • Computer literate
