About the job

Job Purpose

To assist and support the Financial and Purchasing Departments with the implementation and ongoing administration of the procurement and EPOS systems for the company.

Objectives & Goals

Obtain, verify and input data for the procurement and EPOS systems across the group. Ensure the EPOS and procurement systems are updated on a regular basis and work seamlessly across the restaurants. To assist with all administration duties as required.


Key responsibilities

• Use Teamdesk database to generate and record PLU’s to enter in to various EPOS systems across the company
• Create new items in EPOS systems as requested by the restaurants
• Maintain and administer EPOS systems to ensure they are up to date
• Liaise with the teams to ensure the EPOS and stock systems are linked seamlessly
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing team
• Maintain and administer procurement systems across the company
• Provide administrate support for the roll out of the new procurement system
• To be flexible in your approach, work as a team player and to carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested to do so.

About you

Key skills required

• Previous experience with procurements and/or EPOS systems an advantage
• Excel competency – pivot table level
• Previous hospitality experience an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail a must
  • Language required: English.
