About the job

Candidates should have previous experience in high volume restaurant environments, possibly in Italy and abroad. The candidates have to be Italian speaker. An excellent command of English, both spoken and written, and a friendly and professional telephone manner are essential. Knowledge of the Quadranet reservation system is preferred, however training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This is a full time position based on 5 days, 7 shifts a week and it requires to work weekends and mostly evening shifts.
The restaurant is open 7 days per week.

About you

This role demands an impeccable appearance and outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality. As the first point of contact for the restaurant, the successful candidate must have a vibrant and engaging personality.
The next Receptionist will be required to have excellent organisational skills alongside a methodical attitude towards all areas of work.

Languages required: English and Italian.
