    On this occasion I return to take the plane to travel to the island of Tenerife, in the Canary islands, to do my internship at the company Vincci, at your hotel in Costa Adeje, La Plantación del Sur. In this hotel I played the role of receptionist, and thanks to the help of the head of reception (Ester) and my colleagues I could exercise that position normally, being able to perform the daily tasks of the front and back office as one more. At all times I felt supported by my colleagues and bosses, who placed trust in me every time I offered to do a new job, or take on new responsibilities. Within the wide variety of countries of origin that we received, we should mention the large number of Germans and English that we received almost daily. One more year I thank all the colleagues who have been concerned about training me and let me work as one more, during these months of summer, unforgettable stay ... and I look forward to returning.

    This is the first work experience away from Spain, the truth is that, I have learned a lot during this time, being one more worker of the staff of this hotel. I have been lucky enough to be able to rotate inside the F&B department, being able to work as a waiter (in the buffer restaurant), taking room service, setting up event rooms or serving guests in the Lobby Bar as a barman. What I have improved here, my attention to the clients (firms or people), my organization during work, how to develop events and my languages (many differents nationalities in the staff and also with the guests).
