    Joined “The Vista Hotels” Bagalkot a four star status corporate hotel & the first entrepreneur group of Hotel having 45 keys, a Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Lounge bar and Conference/Banquet halls as Hotel Manager for the Unit As it was the first hotel from The Vista Hotels entrepreneur, when I joined it was in a project state, with my advise & support both from the Management & corporate, I have set this hotel in the initial stage of the project to make the working operations smooth. As a Hotel Manager I was overall in-charge of entire workflow of Unit ranging from the project state in to operate state.Setting up the project as per the Unit, Recruitment to SOP’s, Duty allocation for the all the department as per out standard operation system with guding & monitering.With our efforts we are completed the project & turned in to sucessfull Hotel in the city & made the hotel as talk of the town. As we are new enterprenuer for The Vista Hotels, we sucessfully started & running smooth operation in the market, we started to make a chain of hotels through our network & brand. Also not only we Manage the hotel we also asscociated with consultant of project hotels & pubs. Through our network The Vista Hotel have taken franchise Resort The Park Vista Hotel, Mudhol. In the year July 2017 just hardly 60kms away from this The Vista Hotels Bagalkot, Where I was taken another challenging responsibility to run the Project in to the running sucessfully Resort – Th”e Park Vista Hotels. With my sincere efforts and support from the Management of The Vista Hotels, we were able to work in a group. The Management of “The Vista Hotels”, have taken vast steps to make a corporate group to maintain the standards & also to maintain the day to day operations as we are growing towards the competitive market . With mine sincere efforts and support of Sales & Marketing Team we were able encash corporate room booking, tour & convention groups which resulted in increase in Occupancy % from 50 % to 75 %. Also on mine advise, management have upgraded the rooms with better modern interior and adding more amenities in the room which resulted in increase in Arr, Arrp and rev per income. On seeing mine performance I was promoted as Front Office Supervisor on Sep 2008. As Front Office Supervisor I was overall in-charge of entire workflow of Front Office Department ranging from Duty allocation of FOA’s, Bell Desk and Drivers to all the working operations, systems, guest relations and also guiding and monitoring Sales & Marking team.
