Hey everyone ! My name's Abhishek Santhosh. Just a bit about me is that, I am an hospitality graduate from IHM Pusa, New Delhi.
I have the potential to be a team leader and an initiator and these were the qualities I was able to achieve during my industrial exposure from Shangri La, a five start resort in Oman
Following that, I pursued a training in sales at Le Meridien, another 5 star hotel in Delhi with which I learned how to potray myself in a pleasing and personalizable way, and this was where I realized my making was in making my customers and people around me happy through sales and marketing.
I believe the greatest thing I love about myself is that I love to make people happy around me and that I perform best around an organization that is not only just inclusive of people, but cares for them deeply.
The two major industries that I would love to specialize in are in hospitality and retail, currently I'm soon to join H&M, a global retail leader in the fashion industry as a sales trainee with which I plan to use as a progression towards my career growth and happiness 😊

My role is to ensure that I build myself up with the necessary skill set and knowledge to manage a team of people, a team of 50 different mindsets and ensure that we, as a team, meet the sales and profit goals of H&M , a global fashion retail company. My responsibility is to ensure that during my training as a department manager, I ensure that I develop my team, establish feedbacks and ensure that they are being developed to perform sales and provide great customer experiences to our customers and ensure that the proper scheduling is done, to maximize conversion. I'm currently on the lookout for venturing into the hospitality industry towards the sales and marketing division or front office as I really feel this is the industry and platform where I will best perform that and if my profile is what you are looking for, please do let me know.
