    •Solely processing entire on boarding process including offers of Employment, contracts, background checks and entering onto payroll. • Sorting Recruitment inbox, advertising using job boards and sending out internal recruitment monthly. • Recording, sending leavers letters and providing Payroll with full details of leavers’ information advising of adjustments/deductions to make and updating the HRIS. • Issue of appropriate Contract Amendment Letters or, where applicable, an updated Contract of Employment upon receipt of an authorised and HR verified Job Adjustment. • Management of annual Holiday, ensuring that everyone is issued a form and all authorised holidays are filed and tracked for reference. • Log and monitor employee sickness using ADP, ensure completion and return of all forms, ensuring Self-Certification Sickness Forms and medical certificates are submitted. • Working alongside the payroll specialist in the processing of the monthly UK and International payrolls for all companies within the group from start to finish in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, adhering to set deadlines. • Ensure documentation received that affect changes to the payroll are gathered and organised together appropriately and readily available to be processed when the payroll is due. • Ensure all internal forms and payroll instructions are fully and accurately completed, authorised by relevant manager or director and/or verified by HR before processing through payroll. • Process starters, leavers, changes, adjustments, deductions, overtime, commission/bonuses and timesheets in the monthly payrolls using ADP and FREEDOM. • Distribute and send payslips along with any other required documents requested by Head of HR for Elemis, Bliss and Steiner Limited (approx. 600 staff in total)
