I am a talented, classically trained European Chef with a passion for delivering high quality desserts and a commitment to developing my brigade to attain the same standards. With more than 25 years in the industry I am experienced luxury Hotels, Pre-Opening, and Operations large and small.
I am a strong, motivational leader able to communicate with all levels of employees and develop them to their full potential, whilst ensuring the highest standards. My mistakes never leave the kitchen thus safeguarding the reputation. I am also confident outside the kitchen dealing directly with guests and ensuring we provide the quality they demand.
