    1. Leads, motivates & continuously develops the Team in order to maximize colleague productivity, departmental revenue, guest satisfaction & department COS scores 2. Recognizes all repeat and important guests, and builds rapport in order to develop personal guest contact, obtain preferences and proactively anticipate guest needs and requirements. 3. Supervises or directly handles all guest complaints or urgent feedback to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while protecting the companies’ interests. 4. Performs, follows up and takes responsibility for the Credit Check to minimize companies risk at any time. 5. S. Acts as Duty manager when required 6. Maintains open line of communication by supervising team members, delegating responsibilities, liaising with other related departments and reporting to senior management. 7. Overviews the Weekly Duty Rosters, Annual Vacation Plan and special staffing requirements 9. Butler's Grooming standards, punctuality/ attendance procedures and Quality standards 10. Continuously strives, with the team, to provide the Ultimate experience for the guests 11. Ensures that the team adhere to all hotel and company standards, Business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures including Health & Safety policies, Butler’s Grooming standards, punctuality/ attendance procedures and Quality standards 12. Controls all costs within budget 13. Controls manning levels and efficiency in department including holiday planning, duty rosters and special events 14. Strictly adheres to the requirement by law for in house guests and visitors and actively checks compliance
