Objective: In search of a long term association where I could best utilize my exceptional Customer Service and Management Skills to benefit the company and to advance my career in the hospitality industry.

 Can operate different kind of property management operating systems like IDS, Festa, Fidelio 6.2, Fidelio 7.12 and Opera 7.

Achievements:
 Assigned to the project of online check-in and tablet check-in for Yas Island Rotana and implemented successfully in coordination with IT team.
 Bahrain International Circuit Worked in four Formula one races, three V8 races, two 24 hours races and ten drag races.
 Joined Days Hotel as Guest Service Agent and promoted to Front Office Supervisor.
 Got highest marks in a Human Resources exam given by American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Part of online and tablet check-in pilot project at Yas Island Rotana
