Professional with over 20 years of experience in catering and hospitality. Developing my career in different types of business: Michelin star restaurants, traditional cuisine, international cuisine and luxury hotels in different parts of the world; Australia, England, United States, Germany, Greece and Switzerland.

My current position is Executive Chef at Hotel Aguas de Ibiza Lifestyle & Spa 5 * GL in Ibiza, managing the entire kitchen department and its outlets. Oligo (breakfasts à la carte and buffet). Alabastro fast (lunch with a healthy concept and snacks). Alabastro slow (dinner with Ibicean product and gastronomic concept for dinner). VI COOL by Sergi Arola (contemporary tapas) and all kind of Events over 500 covers.

I like to improve myself, get new challenges and get involved in teamwork. I am proactive, resourceful, decisive, meticulous, creative, sensitive to food and cooking in general and with a great capacity for leadership, discipline and personnel management.
