I m Akhil from southern part of India , currently working as a Chef de cuisine for a High level Diplomatic residence in Paris. I have travelled through Europe working in the finest Michelin starred restaurants, naming few , LÀstrance*** , Paris, Noma** , Denmark, Oaxen Krog** in Stockholm and so on.


My ambition was always to be a better cook and to understand more about flavours and techniques. I find myself very lucky to work under such great chefs and to impart their philosophy.And finally I found my own way of cooking which is simple, pure and natural as much I can with finest Ingredients I can fetch from local suppliers.

so I push myself really hard to achieve that satisfaction and exceeding the expectations of every palate I serve.
