I grew up in a family where food was the source of love and bonding. My father and I would often discuss recipes on the dinner table and talk about new food ideas. My father owned a restaurant in a small town of North of India. I grew up seeing him word hard to make his customers happy and that deeply influenced my passion for cooking. It gives me pure joy to see people light up at the sight of food. While other kids in my school would go on vacations and travel, I spent on my weekends and summer vacations working at the restaurant with my father and making pickles with my grandmother, listening to stories about my great grandma mother who was a great cook because nothing gave me more happiness than being surrounded by food and working in the know kitchen. I believe it's very therapeutic for me. I love experimenting with food , discovering new cuisines and fusing different cuisines and culinary styles. My goal in life is to make a name in the culinary world , work under talented chefs and learn as much as I can.
