Bitten by the Culinary bug I changed careers from the IT industry to Hospitality. Am active in business decisions, social media representation and marketing. Love new product development and thrive on constraints, no matter what they are and love to deliver an outstanding product in spite of the constraints.
The Ritz Carlton Experience taught me the basics of hospitality which are inline with our culture. A number of years in NYC taught me how to survive in tough cut throat markets.
At ITC I am honing Indian cuisine and taking to the next generation of guests. Have served varied markets from resort, luxury to business.
