Simultaneously created a unique hospitality FM service company whilst developing brand and concept. Oversaw the first 2 contracts and the roll out in KSA and beyond. introduced CAFM Imo Concorde, Nigeria Effectively project managed the refurbishment of a 5-star resort for the state government, created SOP’s, H&S manuals, positively conferred with local authorities, increased ARR by 800% and GOP by 200%. Hilton, Krasnodar, Russia Efficiently project managed franchise with Hilton on a 4* hotel & multi storey conference and apartment centre, initiated a launching stratagem, delivered SOP’s, H&S manuals, purchased SOE / FFE with PM, introduced CAFM, positively met with local authorities. Citymax Hotels (Landmark Gulf Group) Dubai U.A.E Effected the successful inauguration of 3 new brands into the market with 691keys, designed brand and standards, SOP’s, organigrams, graphic charts, PPM, H&S Manuals. Best Western The Island Hotel, VI, NIGERIA Instrumental in multi-site management of 2 units, a 4*-142 keys - a 38-key boutique unit & 2 conference facilities, achieved a $250 ARR, GOP 80% and the designation for a BW franchise, implemented design, graphics, brand charter, SOP’s, H&S manuals, introduced PPM, QA and budgets. Leasowe Castle Hotel, UK Increased revenues by 20% through increasing ARR and price / head banquets by improving product, service & S&M and team development. ACCOR UK & ACCOR AFRIQUE Aug’ 00 – Nov’ 09 Successfully operated 2 franchised 4* hotels in Lagos 471 keys & Port Harcourt 117 keys. T/O $195m - NOP of $27m. 2 A la Carte restaurants,16 seminar rooms,3 banquet rooms, 6 bars, 2 pools, 3 executive floors and 2 leisure centres. 851 core staff / 21 HOD’s, dynamically delivered a new brand into market, achieved & exceeded budget for the first 3 years. Successfully opened a 2* city centre Ibis hotel,127 keys & café style restaurant, T/O £9.6m with RGO £2.9m, over 3 years.17 core staff and 12 contractors. Controlled all operational departments, achieved full budget and P+L targets.

However, PRINCE2® doesn’t cover the ‘people side’ of change, which is where the Change Management course comes in. Often individuals are resistant to change, and this needs to be understood and planned for. This qualification is fully accredited by the APMG, and was developed in conjunction with the Change Management Institute. Recognition of the importance of change management is increasing globally and evident in the number of job opportunities that require knowledge in this area.
