I am a highly motivated professional with complete knowledge of the overall hotel processes and excellent selling skills developed through many years of hotel experience. I worked within international environments (leisure and business guests), developed a keen eye for detail and achieved excellent competence in customer service, reservations and finance. Aware that it’s not just a room with a bed that the guests are buying, I am used to think out of the box, to go extra-mile, to anticipate and meet their expectations.

The same position gave me the opportunity to deal with V.I.P. guests of many nationalities. I was the point of reference for all their necessities, providing a tailor made service, obtaining, as a result, positive feedback on Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Linkedin. I developed, this way, high problem solving aptitude and competence in client services.
