I have assisted in organisation of such events as Porsche presentations, Poker Stars and the most luxurious weddings with over 500 guests, ensuring the complete administration and execution of all aspects of the events. I have developed various selling techniques, while upselling rooms and hotel facilities upon the check in and participating in hotel’s promotional activities.

Furthermore, I was the first person of contact for all the Russian-speaking people, providing special care and assistance.
