Hi! i'm Alessia and i'm actually 32, and i work as chef! i've a strong passion for cuisine but also for science: infact i have a master deegre in medical biotechnologies e molecular medicine, but during my life i chose to change my way to cook, and now i can say absolutely that it was the right chosen! now i can applay my scient knowledge in the cuisine, and i love this!

I work as chef in this little resturant, part of a farm that produces wines in Valpantena.
i did this seasonal work last summer, in a lido, in witch we offered to our clients typical sea food on the beach.
Me and the chef prepared toghether all Courses of menu and did the service all both.
i prepared all line and also i produced the Courses during service with al the other cooks; we created together whit the chef a new menu every month.
During this course i learned a big part of my knowledge about cuisine, in theory and also in pratice, working hard whit some of most important italian chef , Learning what it means becoming a professional cook and a chef.
