My name is Alexandra Orosa.
I took a Postgraduate Certificate in Hospitality Operations course at Enderun Colleges in Manila, Philippines.
I recently finished my internship at the Penha Longa Resort, a Ritz-Carlton hotel in Sintra, Portugal for 6 months from April to September 2018. I was a Housekeeping Supervisor and a Wellness Center attendant, and was involved with other activities as lateral service for the F&B, Resort Activities and Guest Relations.
Formerly, I was a Project Manager for Events and Art Fairs for Artinformal, an art gallery that participates in international art fairs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila. There, I built strong client relationships and worked in highly sensitive spaces.
It was in the same spirit of service and genuine partnership that I had the goal of transitioning into the hotel industry. I want to expand my practices in a profession centered on providing quality and wonderful life experiences to people.
I'm looking for an opportunity to work at the Front Office Reception, Reservations or Guest Relations Department.
