I am Arlanda Laurent Alexandre, and I am a bachelor degree holder in International Hotel Mangement from Vatel Mauritius International Business School.

I am a Food and Beverage afficionado and my field of interest is mainly concentrated in fine dining service and wine and spirits. I had the chance to grow my passion by working in prestigious companies such as Constance Le Prince Maurice and The Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
