About me
Working in the Luxury Hospitality Industry since 2012 with experiences in Front Desk and Concierge departments.
After my internships and work experiences in Room division and Catering departments, I started my professional career at the luxury Boutique Hotel Le Marignan located of the Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne in Paris. I was part of the opening team and actively participated to the creation of the Front Desk / Concierge standards and procedures. I was in charge of Front desk and Concierge duties and worked in direct collaboration with the Front Office Manager during opening.
After my experience at Le Marignan, I joined the Concierge team at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. First as an Assistant Concierge. I became a Member of Les Clefs d'Or in 2016 and Concierge in 2017.
