Welcome to my profile,
I'm Alma and for the last ten years I have been working in tourism/ hospitality and I dedicated all my energy, passion and work experience for travelling and tourism in general. Continuously by years I was taking more responsibility, ganed more experience, got to know many destinations and work with different working environment, cultures, languages and people. I was working as a Travel Agency Representative, Guest Relation Manager, Tour Guide, and Interpreter in countries as Spain, Greece, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Turkey and Egypt.
In 2014 I finished my master’s degree with the major in Tourism management at the University of Economics in Bratislava. During my university years I participated in Erasmus exchange student program, where I had the change of studying at the Tourism Department of University of Azores in Portugal. Getting to know the new culture, traditions and lifestyle made me join the Erasmus mobility program, where I could utilize the theoretical knowledge of the country and their tourism in practice during an internship program in Picos de Aventura, one of the Azores tourism companies.
During my work experience I gained good communication and organization skills along with time management skills. I’m very responsible and highly customer orientated. I fluently speak English, Hungarian, Slovak and Czech, currently learning Spanish.
