    Pre-opening project: design and implementation of business plan. Establishing strategic, operational and financial goals. Market analysis and creation of corporate identity. Budget definition and control. Managing revenue and labor & operating expenses through planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policies, and inventory control. Focus on cost control and revenue generation measures. Analyze key drivers, reports and financial statements to determine business performance.
