About me

Graduated in tourism, master in tourism marketing, with 6 years of experience in the hotel sector in establishments from 10 to 141 rooms. Always with customer orientation, that is what I’m passionate about.
It is my creativity and my personal drive what allows me to solve any type of incident that may arise. This, together with my learning capacity, makes me an updated professional and always eager to learn more.
I help the hotels to satisfy and retain customers by giving each of them personal treatment and excellent service; my creativity, imagination and versatility make me an important support to solve the problems and requirements of the guests.
I checked with my work at the Hotel Leku Eder, that satisfied customers bring more customers. Thanks to my work and that of my colleagues, we have clients who return year after year and who recommend our accommodation.
