I had finalized all the Menu Costing, Menu Engineering and Management reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
I had even finalized all the operating applications for resorts like Point of sale (POS), and Material Control (MC).
I even coordinated with various relevant department for installation database, MC Codes, Accounting codes, POS outlet configuration, Menu feeding for POS, and interface with MC and SUN.
I was successful in completion of installation and configuration of MC - designed and setup done on various level of authorization in MC.
I had even successfully completed the installation and configuration of POS - designed and setup done on various discounts and options in POS.
Organized and conducted training on MC as well as POS for various levels.
I had coordinated with other departments to finalize their tracking reports to further run the process smooth.
