Graduated in business administration, I have always been interested in food and beverage working in my family activities.
After completing my studies, I have taken part in Alma, the Italian School of International Cuisine, a training course to become a restaurant manager.
This master, which ended with a period of professional training, allowed me to build a good base of operational, economic and managerial knowledge.
During my academic and university career, I have been travelling through formative trips to visit different parts of the world such as San Francisco, London, Montreux and Brussels.
These experiences have given me the opportunity to create over time an innovative mindset that is open to change.
