I am a chef with more than 15 years of international experience in exquisite culinary skills-both on board and ashore. I constantly work with different nationalities and cultures using teamwork that makes me very flexible with others. I used to work for both private and charter yachts meaning that I have to guarantee the finest cuisine is prepared. I love nothing more than bringing total satisfaction to all with the dishes that I prepare for both the owners and guests-combining my art, skill, and passion. Creativity, flexibility, hard work, and competent management are only some of the attributes that I work with. My work experience in international hospitality has provided me with a lot of exposure to diverse cuisines and I have developed a strong palate which will be an asset for any organization. Being a creative person, I enjoy experimenting new flavors and have a special talent for mediterranean, asian and Arab halal cooking,but anyway my favourite and the one my strong skilled is health Italian cuisine. I have been recognized for my ability to prepare signature dishes and my cooking skills have never disappointed my employers presenting them light,tasty and good presented dishes
