my name is Andrea (33), I am an Italian pastry chef and I am looking for a new experience.
I have studied at ALMA Scuola di cucina in Parma then I have worked in Spain (pastry shop Dolc par Yann Duytsche) and Italy (Resort Capofaro and Restaurant Ratanà) where I covered different tasks and responsabilities.
I make all traditional and modern Italian, French and Spanish pastry (viennoiserie, cake, chocolate, icecream), and then I am passionate for the sourdough and Panettone.
At work I am always respectful, clean, punctual and honest.
